Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Cooper

Ralph Stanley and Phyllis Jane Cooper, Bringhurst, celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary with their children and family.

Ralph and the former Phyllis Shirley were married April 19, 1968, at First Baptist Church, Kokomo, by the Rev. John Newsome.

Ralph is a custodian at Carroll Elementary School, and Phyllis retired from Delco after 32 years of service and is an employee at K-Mart.

The couple has two children, Angela and Robby Cooper, Kokomo. They also have one grandchild, Megan.
