Mr. and Mrs. Clarence D. Jensen

Clarence D. and Marjorie Jensen, Kokomo are celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary with a family get-together.

Clarence and the former Marjorie Barnhart were married Dec. 6, 1947, in South Bend.

Marjorie retired from Kokomo-Center schools in 1985. Clarence was a U.S. Marine and is a World War II and Korea War veteran. He worked at the Haworth maintenance department until he retired in 1989.

The couple has three children, Christopher Jensen, Newman, Ga.; Thomas Jensen and wife Terry, Watauga, Texas; and Debra and husband Tom Beck, Kokomo; and six grandchildren, Matt and wife Diane Jensen, Witchita Fall, Texas; Jon and Tracy Jensen, Lttle Rock, Ark.; Kathy and Phil Billmeier, Watauga, Texas; Stephy and John Peirara, Watauga Texas; Tim and Sara Beck, Kokomo; and Tammi Burch, Kokomo. They also have 11 and a half grandchildren.
