Mr. and Mrs. Tom Carter

Tom and Linda Carter are celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary with a surprise party hosted by their son and daughter-in-law, at Pastariffic for family and friends on Dec. 2, 2007. A picture slide show, made by Cory, was enjoyed by all and songs were sung by the Men of Note Barbershop Quartet.

Tom and the former Linda Nicholas, were married Dec. 1, 1967, at the Baptist church in Elwood, by the Rev. Edward H. Finley.

Tom served in the U.S. Air Force and is retired from the Kokomo Fire Dept., and Linda is retired from Delco Electronics.

The couple has one child, Cory and wife, Kim Carter. They also have one grandchild, Leah Carter, and one to be born in June 2008.
