great blizzard of 1978.jpg

STUCK: Shannon Baden, Sharpsville, shared this photo and memory of the blizzard: “I remember the blizzard of ‘78 vividly. My husband and brother had walked from US-31 just south of IN-26 about 3 miles so my husband could get his paycheck, and my brother fell into a snow drift about 7 feet high ... When he got back home Phillip my brother was [frozen]. His feet were purpleish.”
