Area Five menus announced

Here are the Area Five Agency on Aging menus for January in Cass, Fulton, Howard, Miami, Tipton and Wabash counties:

Jan. 1: sites closed for holiday.

Jan. 2: white chicken chili, sweet potatoes, beets, Mandarin oranges, cornbread and milk.

Jan. 3: chicken and dumplings, mixed vegetables, Brussels sprouts, peach cobbler, roll and milk.

Jan. 6: chicken patty, red potatoes, stewed tomatoes, pears, bun and milk.

Jan. 7: country fried steak with gravy, mashed potatoes, succotash, pineapple, white bread, and milk.

Jan. 8: meat loaf, baby bakers, peas, peaches, roll and milk.

Jan 9: cheeseburger, baked beans, carrots, tropical fruit, bun and milk.

Jan. 10: spaghetti, seasoned green beans, cauliflower, applesauce, Italian bread and milk.

Jan. 13: chicken and noodles, mashed potatoes, spinach, Mandarin oranges, roll and milk.

Jan. 14: barbecued pork, potato soup, tossed salad, sliced warm apples, bun and milk.

Jan. 15: Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, hominy, fruit cocktail, wheat bread and milk.

Jan. 16: taco seasoned chicken, peas, cauliflower, cookie, oatmeal bread and milk.

Jan. 17: beef stew, sweet potatoes, applesauce, fruit cobbler, biscuit and milk.

Jan. 20: sites closed for the holiday.

Jan. 21: ham and beans, spinach, coleslaw, fruit crisp, cornbread and milk.

Jan. 22: chopped steak with gravy, Brussels sprouts, succotash, peaches, oatmeal bread and milk.

Jan. 23: sloppy joes, cheesy potatoes, peas and carrots, tropical fruit salad, bun and milk.

Jan. 24: chili mac, baby bakers, cauliflower, applesauce, crackers and milk.

Jan. 27: hot dog, baked beans, mixed vegetables, pineapple, bun and milk.

Jan. 28: sausage gravy, potatoes O’Brien, stewed tomatoes, peaches, biscuit and milk.

Jan. 29: hamburger steak with onions, corn, spinach, orange juice, wheat bread and milk.

Jan. 30: pork loin, mashed potatoes, broccoli, cherry ambrosia, roll and milk.

Jan. 31: turkey burger, peas, mandarin oranges, cookie, bun and milk.
