The Howard County 4-H program is accepting enrollments through Feb. 15. 4-H is a volunteer –led youth development education program of the Purdue University Cooperative Extension Service. Involved youth gain life skills such as responsibility, organization, leadership, citizenship and record keeping.
Members are encouraged to complete at least one project a year with family input about what’s realistic for your family’s lifestyle and interests.
4-H is open to youth in grades three through 12. Mini 4-H is offered for children in kindergarten through second grade. Fees are $20 for 4-H and $5 for Mini 4-H.
