Free nutrition event announced

A free Nutrition Family Night is planned for 5:30 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Imagine That! Innovation Center, 2751 S. Albright Road. It is open to children of all ages and their families.

Linda Echelbarger, from Purdue Extension, will discuss nutrition facts and secrets and teach how to shop for, cook and eat healthy foods. Those who attend will sample prepared foods, participate in hands-on learning and take home easy, low-cost recipes.
