New Life Assemblies of God Church

A Passover Seder meal will be presented at 6:30 p.m. April 18 at 1803 E. Vaile Ave. The Seder is a Jewish ritual feast that marks the beginning of the Passover celebration.

Russiaville United Methodist Church

The church will host an American Red Cross blood drive from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. April 12 in the fellowship hall, 180 N. Union St., Russiaville. Call 800-RED-CROSS or go to redcrossblood.org to schedule an appointment.

Salvation Army

The Christianaires will present a concert at 7 p.m. April 12 at the church, 1101 S. Waugh St. A freewill offering will be taken.

A preconcert dinner will be served from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. The cost is $5 for adults and $3 for children 12 and younger.

The Christianaires have recorded numerous albums and their style is a mix of traditional and contemporary gospel music.

The Kramers will perform at 6 p.m. April 13 at the church. A freewill offering will be taken. Scott, Rachel and daughter Maria present multi-instrumental gospel music to audiences around the country.

Southside Christian Church

The church’s spring rummage sale will be 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. April 24 and 25 at 201 E. Markland Ave. There also will be a bake sale and craft sale.

Sycamore Friends Church

The church is selling several varieties of Sechler pickles and salsa as a fundraiser for ministries through April 27.

West Point Christian Church

The church is planning an Easter egg hunt for the community at 10 a.m. April 19 at 5112 N. County Road 1250 East, four miles south of the four-way stop in Russiaville. Free candy will be available for all children.

A sunrise service at 7:30 a.m. April 20 will be followed by a free breakfast. The main Easter service will begin at 10:30 a.m.
