Car raffle to benefit Bona Vista
Bona Vista has teamed with McGonigal’s to host a car raffle July 9 at McGonigal Buick GMC Cadillac, 2828 E. Markland Ave. Tickets are on sale for $100.
The winner will receive a new, all-wheel drive Cadillac ATS or the cash prize of $30,000. There are 1,000 tickets for sale that can be purchased at McGonigal’s and all Bona Vista locations. All proceeds will go back to Bona Vista Programs, where the monies raised will provide services to children and adults.
The winner will be announced July 9 at McGonigal’s. There will be light snacks and refreshments beginning at 5:30 p.m. The car will be on display during Soupley’s Greatest Spectacle in Tasting event May 17 on the grounds of Bona Vista, 1220 E. Laguna St. Tickets will be for sale during that event, and may be purchased by debit card, cash and check. Tickets also may be purchased by calling Bona Vista at 765-457-8273.

Urban Outreach director to speak
Jeff Newton, executive director of Kokomo Urban Outreach, will present the Mental Health America spring lecture from 12:10 to 12:50 p.m. April 30 in the United Way Building, 210 W. Walnut St.

Fundraiser features fish, tenderloins
BURLINGTON — A Burlington Community Club fundraiser, featuring the Dinner Bell Restaurant’s fish and tenderloins, is planned for 4 to 5 p.m. May 3 in Burlington Park.
The cost is $9 for adults and $5 for children younger than 10. All proceeds go to support the Community Club and the Burlington Fall Festival.
