Because of the popularity of The Craft Cave during the Summer Reading Club, the Kokomo-Howard County Public Library will be offering Craft Corner sessions this fall.
Patrons may drop in at their convenience during Craft Corner hours and use library supplies to create crafts based on library instructions or create their own items using library supplies and their own creativity.
The first session will be locker and refrigerator decorations from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the Main Branch, 220 N. Union St.
There will be a Sharpie tie-dye craft from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Oct. 19 at the Main Branch. The library will provide a bandana for use during the program; however, artists may also want to bring a white or light-colored T-shirt that has been prewashed to decorate.
Artists may make holiday decorations from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 16 at the Main Branch.
Bath products may be made from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dec. 14 at the Main Branch. With examples, recipes, and demonstrations, the library will provide everything needed to make molded bath soaps, bath salts and powders.
