IHOP offers free pancake

IHOP restaurant, located at 10 W. 300 South, is offering a free treat, a scary-face pancake, to children 12 and younger who dine in between the hours of 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. Oct. 31. Only one free pancake per child will be served.

Children 12 and under may decorate the pancake as they want. The scary face pancake comes with one buttermilk pancake, a whipped topping mouth, a glazed strawberry nose, two mini-cookie eyes and eight pieces of candy corn to add teeth or fangs.
