Gary mom pleading guilty to child porn charges

Hammond — A northwestern Indiana woman is pleading guilty to federal charges that she accepted money from a man so he could use her young daughters in pornographic photos.

The plea agreement for the 24-year-old Gary woman was filed Monday. The agreement calls for her to plead guilty to selling a child for production of pornography and other charges.

The Times of Munster and the Post-Tribune of Merrillville report she faces 30 years in prison on the most serious charge. Court documents say one girl was 6 months to 18 months old and the other was between 3 and 5 years old.

Authorities say the mother met 39-year-old Christopher Bour of Gary through a dating service and let him take pornographic photos of the girls. Bour has pleaded not guilty to charges.
