INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — Police say a clerk was shot in the head during a robbery at an Indianapolis convenience store.
City police Sgt. Kendale Adams says when officers found the 45-year-old man wounded when they arrived Wednesday night at the store on the city's southwest side.
Adams says the man was taken to a hospital in critical condition. Another employee and two customers who were at the Kicks 66 station at the time weren't injured.
Adams says gunman was last seen running from the business. He says detectives are reviewing surveillance video from the store.
