---- — Dr. Eric Heathers receives company award
Great Lakes Caring Hospice and Home Health presented to Dr. Eric Heathers, Kokomo, the 2013 Award for Excellence for providing quality care to residents and patients.
He received this award from over 1,200 candidates — from skilled and assisted living facilities, doctors offices, and hospitals — in Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana.
Only 118 candidates were selected for this annual award in recognition of their collaborative efforts to help determine in a timely manner home health- and hospice-appropriate patients in order to provide meaningful and helpful quality care.
