One $500 scholarship is available to eligible high school seniors in Howard County who plan to pursue a college education.
The Howard County Purdue Extension Homemakers Club offers the scholarship to youth who have been a 4-H member or the grandchild or child of a present Extension Homemaker Club member. To be eligible, students also must have been accepted to any school at Purdue University or to the School of Consumer and Family Sciences at any Indiana college.
Application forms are available at the Howard County Extension Office, suite 105 in the Government Building at 120 E. Mulberry St., Kokomo, or by calling the office at 765-456-2313. Applications are due May 1.
