DOWNERS GROVE, Ill. – Anisha Gohil, of Kokomo, has completed the Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine of Midwestern University. An official graduation ceremony was held May 23.
Gohil is the daughter of Pratap and Nirmala Gohil. She graduated from Taylor High School in 2006 and earned a bachelor’s degree in biology and chemistry from Saint Joseph’s College Rensselaer, Indiana, in 2010.
While at WMU, Gohil was an active member of Sigma Sigma Phi honor society and earned the Silver Award for contributing more than 50 hours of community service. After graduation, Gohil plans to complete a residency program in pediatrics at Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital at St. Vincent in Indianapolis.
