Kristin Pollard and Raymond Candelaria

Kristin Pollard and Raymond Candelaria have plans to wed at 5 p.m. June 28, 2008, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Kokomo, by Bishop Dee Marler. They plan on being sealed in a Latter-day Saints Temple at a later date.
Kristin is the daughter of William and Pamela Pollard, Kokomo. She graduated from Northwestern High School in 2001 and from Brigham Young University, Idaho, in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education. She received her special education teaching license from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2007. She plans to graduate from Indiana Wesleyan in April 2009 with a master’s degree in education with an emphasis in special education. She is in her third year of teaching special education at Maconaquah Middle School.
Raymond is the son of Willy and Zenaida Candelaria, Pasadena, Calif. He is a 1998 graduated of Rosamond High School. He attended Minot State University, Minot, N.D. He plans to graduate in December 2008 from the University of Phoenix with a bachelor’s degree in business management. He is employed at Today’s Nails and Tan.
