SPOILER ALERT: Recap of last night's 'Survivor'

Kokomo's Lindsey Ogle bows out after argument with tribe mate

Kokomo’s Lindsey Ogle bowed out of “Survivor: Cagayan” in the first five minutes of Wednesday night’s episode, saying she didn’t want her daughter to see her flip out on her archenemy, Trish.

It didn’t come as a total surprise to viewers, who saw her having a sit-down with host Jeff Probst on previews for this week’s episode.

Talks with Jeff usually mean only one thing…. Someone’s leaving the island.

After a brief feud with Trish Wednesday, in which the pair exchanged some harsh words, Lindsey disappeared from camp. She obviously used some sort of bat signal or the Super-Secret Survivor Phone to call Probst over.

At first he seemed confused about why she wanted to talk. He thought it was just about the tiff and her anger with Trish.

Oh, no. Lindsey said she’d had enough.

“I’m not going to stick around Trish’s mouth,” she told the host.

She was worried she’d do something she’d regret (like punch Trish, maybe?) and she didn’t want her daughter seeing that, she told Probst.

Of course, she admitted other factors may have played a part in her decision.

“I’m cold, and I’m wet, and I’m hungry, and I know that,” she told Probst. “And I’m tired. I get all those things.”

And her closest friend on the island had just been voted off hours earlier. The fight with Trish was just the straw that broke the camel’s back it seemed.

She wanted out.

Lindsey said leaving the island would likely be the lowest point of her “Survivor” journey, and she might regret the decision. Still, there was no convincing her to reconsider. She didn’t even want to go back to say goodbye.

When Probst delivered the news to her tribe, though, they seemed relieved. At long last, Trish and Lindsey’s feud would end.
