A Kokomo man died Saturday when a woman ran a stop sign at Park Road and Boulevard, police say. Matthew Foutch was 37 and leaves behind a wife and three children. Char’Dae Avery faces five felony charges, including Class B felony operating a vehicle while intoxicated after a blood test determined she was under the influence of marijuana, police said.
