In John Maxwell’s book "The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership," he entitles The Second Law of Leadership as being “The Law of Influence.” Maxwell states that “The True Measure of Leadership is Influence Nothing More, Nothing Less.”
Former Secretary of State Colin Powell comments that: “You have achieved excellence as a leader when people will follow you everywhere if only out of curiosity.” Maxwell warns: "If you don't have influence, you will never be able to lead others"
Evangelizing is a commanded opportunity (St. Matthew 28:19-20) to lead others to Christ and yes, join the Church. Every member of the church should evangelize.
“The Body of Christ” Is so strong Jesus testifies that: “the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.” (St. Matthew 16:18) We are promised by Jesus to have the authority to lead others to Christ: “I am with you always, even unto the end of the world.” (St. Matthew 28:20)
The Samaritan Woman embraced Jesus and was empowered to draw others to Jesus. When we embrace Jesus, we are anointed with the power to draw others to God through Christ.
