---- — Bridges Outreach teamed with area youth groups to once again fill a high school gymnasium with food, games, music and even an illusionist to help teens safely ring in the new year.
Hundreds of sixth- to 12th-graders showed up for the New Year's Eve overnight bash.
Some played games like Square in the Air or competed in basketball and dodgeball tournaments. Even more battled it out in laser tag. A few just chatted with their friends
While fun wasn't in short supply, sleep probably was. There was too much to do to doze off.
From 9 p.m. to 7 a.m., youth workers entertained the kids to keep them off the streets and out of trouble.
Here are a selection of photos from the event.
