Letters to the editor - Tuesday, Sept. 18, 2012

(Continued)

Christians, we must stand up and speak up, as we have been quiet too long. Remember the people we love, it’s the sin we hate. We don’t want them lost, and if nobody speaks up, they will be.

It says in the Bible in II Chronicles 7:14: “If my people which are called by my name shall humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sins and will heal their land.”

Christians, we need to be praying hard. Instead of kicking God out of our country, we need to be praying for him to help us. God is the one who can heal our land.

It is going to be bad if we don’t, so pray, if not for yourself and your kids and grandkids.

God bless America. Pray.

Marlyn Brown, Wabash
