Goodfellows donations - Friday, Jan. 9, 2009

The Kokomo Tribune is accepting donations for its Goodfellows program, which provides clothes to needy children at Christmas. Donations can be dropped off at the downtown office or mailed to Goodfellows, Kokomo Tribune, P.O. Box 9014, Kokomo, IN 46904-9014.

The following donations have been made to the Goodfellows program:

• In memory of Ron Flook, all other family members and in lieu of Christmas cards, from Betty and family, $25.

• In memory of Mary Garnet, Pat, Les and Nern, from Lester Wilkinson, $100.

• United Society of Friends Women, $25.

• In memory of Marjorie Phillips, $25.

• In memory of Glen and Isabell Phillips, $25.

• In memory of John from Rosemary Quakenbush, $100.

• In memory of Fred Shook from anonymous, $25.

• In memory of Warren B. Stevens from Shirley Stevens and family, $50.

• In loving memory of Larry and Gentry “the spirit of Christmas” and Marianna Gentry from the Gentry family, $25.

• Jack Hight, teacher of Willing Workers Class at Fairfield Christian Church, $50.

• In memory of Mrs. Marge Bedwell, Eastern Elementary music teacher for 28 years from Mr. Nicholson’s sixth grade homeroom, $25.
