“No, because I don’t need to. We’re fine with the cars we have, so why buy a new one? If you needed one and had the money to do it, yeah, I think it’s a good time.”
— Robyn Pagington, 33, Kokomo

“No. I have a 1992 Dodge Dakota that works just fine, so why would I upgrade? If you’re walking or riding a bicycle or you get cold in the wintertime, I’d say it’s a good time to buy one.”
— Jim Montgomery, 65, Indianapolis

“No, but only because I don’t need one. If I did, I probably would. Yes, I think it’s a good time. Anytime there’s a crisis and you see things are down, it’s a good opportunity to get in there and grow. Some people use the economy as an excuse to not work as hard, but to me, it’s an opportunity to work harder.”
— Tracy Edwards, 41, Sharpsville

“No, because I don’t need a car. But I would take advantage if I did need one, because prices are probably lower and incentives are higher, so I think it’s a good time to buy.”
