— Kokomo police continue to track down leads Friday in the search for the two Michigan fugitives.

As of Friday evening none of the leads have panned out, Maj. Brian Seldon of the Kokomo Police Department said Friday. In one report, a person told police the two men were seen at The Grocery Sack, 212 E. Markland Ave., about 11:30 a.m. Friday. Another caller told police the fugitives were spotted at Smokey Bones on North Washington Street and another said the men were seen at Target.

In all of the reports people told police they saw two men who matched the description of Kenneth L. Grauman II, 32, and Gregory A. Bradshaw, 23, both of Allegan County. The pair slipped away from a Michigan Department of Corrections residential re-entry facility Sept. 29 and have been on the run since.

After their escape, police said, the two men stole at least two vehicles — one from Kokomo — and burglarized several houses.

“We’re getting reports that these individuals may be still in town, but we’re not sure if they are or not,” Seldon said. “We’re not taking the leads lightly and are following up all leads. At this time nothing has panned out, but we are taking all calls seriously.”

On Thursday, the men were spotted in Kokomo after a stolen vehicle from Michigan was recovered from a parking lot at Kroger on South Washington Street. Police say the men also are responsible for stealing a 2006 silver GMC Sierra pickup truck containing two rifles from the area of Malfalfa Road and Defenbaugh Street. That vehicle has not been recovered.

Police remind residents that these men are believed to be armed and dangerous.

Police also believe the men are traveling with two females, Lauralee Graunam, 29, and Brittany Rector, 17.

Grauman is described as standing 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing about 130 pounds. Bradshaw stands 5 feet 11 inches and weighs 185 pounds, Seldon said.

Anyone who has information about their whereabouts should contact the Kokomo Police Department at 765-459-5101, or the KPD Hotline at 765-456-7017.
