Area sentencings, Dec. 29, 2013

• Patricia Ling, convicted in Howard Circuit Court of Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement, was sentenced to one year with 28 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions she complete and pay for drug and alcohol as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Melissa Cummings, convicted in Howard Circuit Court of Class D felony aiding, inducing or causing theft, was sentenced to three years with 180 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions she pay restitution, court costs and probation fees.

• Sara Bronson, 24, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class C felony possession of a precursor with intent to manufacture meth and Class D felony possession of a chemical reagent or precursor with the intent to manufacture meth, was sentenced on each count to three years with one year of in-home detention on one count, one year in prison on the second count and the balance on probation with the conditions she complete and pay for drug and alcohol as well as pay court costs and probation fees. The sentences were ordered to run consecutively.

• Rischelle Huddleston, 23, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony possession of a syringe, was sentenced to three years with 183 days executed on in-home detention and the balance on probation with the conditions she complete and pay for drug and alcohol as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Carol Tanner, 52, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana, was sentenced to 18 one year with two days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions she complete and pay for drug and alcohol as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Tranarques D. Young, 19, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana, was sentenced to one year with two days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol as well as pay court costs and probation fees.
