---- — • Patricia Ling, convicted in Howard Circuit Court of Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement, was sentenced to one year with 28 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions she complete and pay for drug and alcohol as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Melissa Cummings, convicted in Howard Circuit Court of Class D felony aiding, inducing or causing theft, was sentenced to three years with 180 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions she pay restitution, court costs and probation fees.

• Sara Bronson, 24, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class C felony possession of a precursor with intent to manufacture meth and Class D felony possession of a chemical reagent or precursor with the intent to manufacture meth, was sentenced on each count to three years with one year of in-home detention on one count, one year in prison on the second count and the balance on probation with the conditions she complete and pay for drug and alcohol as well as pay court costs and probation fees. The sentences were ordered to run consecutively.

• Rischelle Huddleston, 23, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony possession of a syringe, was sentenced to three years with 183 days executed on in-home detention and the balance on probation with the conditions she complete and pay for drug and alcohol as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Carol Tanner, 52, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana, was sentenced to 18 one year with two days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions she complete and pay for drug and alcohol as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Tranarques D. Young, 19, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana, was sentenced to one year with two days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Casey P. Goodman, 34, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony possession of marijuana, was sentenced to two years with 183 days executed on in-home detention and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Ashley Broens, 26, convicted in Howard Superior Court 4 of Class D felony theft, was sentenced to three years with 180 days executed on in-home detention and the balance on probation with the conditions pay court costs and probation fees.

• Ashley A. Hosier, 24, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony possession of a controlled substance and a Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended, was sentenced to 18 months with two days executed one year with two days executed with the sentences to run concurrently. As conditions of probation, she was ordered to complete and pay for drug and alcohol as well as pay court costs and probation fees and have her driver’s license suspended for 90 days.

• James Lowe, 26, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony possession of marijuana, was sentenced to three years with one year in-home detention and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Billy J. Bess, 36, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class B felony possession of meth, was sentenced to 15 years with 10 years executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Michael Adams, 38, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony possession of marijuana, was sentenced to three years with 183 days in-home detention and the balance on probation with the conditions he pay court costs and probation fees.

• Jessica A. Carter, 31, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance, was sentenced on each count to three years with 198 days executed in jail, 167 days in-home detention and the balance on probation with the conditions she complete and pay for drug and alcohol as well as pay court costs and probation fees. The sentences were ordered to run concurrently.

• Bradley D. Frederick, 33, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony possession of meth and possession of precursors, was sentenced on each count to three years all with the sentences to run concurrently.

• April D. Frazier, 37, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony aiding, inducing or causing theft, was sentenced to two years with one year executed and the balance on probation with the conditions she pay court costs and probation fees. The sentence was ordered to run consecutively with a Miami County sentence.

• Krista L. Vanwinkle, 24, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony possession of a syringe, was sentenced to three years with 582 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions she complete and pay for drug and alcohol as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Dwayne Perrigen, 24, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class B felony dealing in cocaine, was sentenced to 10 years with six years executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he pay court costs and probation fees.

• Stephanie J. Fewell, 45, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class B felony dealing in meth, was sentenced to 15 years with 10 years executed and the balance on probation with the conditions she pay court costs and probation fees.

• Nicholas Backer, 21, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony possession of marijuana, was sentenced to three years with one year in-home detention and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol as well as pay court costs and probation fees.
