Dec. 23, noon, parole officers arrested Eric Ortiz, 18, North Manchester, on a parole violation warrant.

Dec. 25, 8:55 p.m., police arrested William A. McKinney, 45, 20 block of South Park Avenue, Peru, on a Cass County warrant

Dec. 26, 9:50 p.m., police arrested James Millican, 45, 300 block of West 7th Street, Peru, on a charge of operating while intoxicated refusal.

Dec. 26, 10:45 p.m., state police arrested Cameron Cooper, 24, 400 block of West 6th Street, Peru, on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Dec. 27, 2:55 a.m., deputies arrested Stephen D. Finney, 63, 300 block of East Washington Street, Bunker Hill, on charges of strangulation and domestic battery.

Dec. 27, 5 p.m., state police arrested Tracy Lewis, 63, 3200 block of South 600 East, Rochester, on a charge of habitual traffic violator.

Dec. 27, 10:52 p.m., police arrested Betty J. Surface, 39, 30 block of South Fremont Street, Peru, on charges of public intoxication, resisting law enforcement, trespassing and disorderly conduct.

Dec. 28, 4:15 a.m., state police arrested Bryan Long, 25, 2500 block of Kelly Street, Peru, on a charge of operating while intoxicated.
