---- — • Christopher Clement, 25, convicted in Howard Superior Court 2 of Class D felony aiding, inducing or causing theft, was sentenced to three years executed in prison and pay court costs.

• Michael Wilson, 35, convicted in Howard Superior Court 2 of Class C felony robbery, was sentenced to eight years with two years executed in prison, two years of in-home detention and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for Thinking For A Change Program as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Kevin W. Ross, 50, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy, was sentenced to one year with 84 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he pay court costs and probation fees.

• Linda S. Burns, 44, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony possession of a controlled substance, was sentenced to two years with 227 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions she complete and pay drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Jones A. Booker, 22, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony possession of chemicals reagents or precursors with the intent to manufacture a controlled substance, was sentenced to three years executed in prison and pay court costs and probation fees.

• Earl D. Perrigen, 39, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class B felony dealing in a controlled substance, was sentenced to 16 years with eight years in prison, two years of in-home detention and the balance on probation with the conditions he pay court costs and probation fees.

• Bailey Wisher, convicted in Howard Circuit Court of Class D felony theft, was sentenced to 18 months with six months of in-home detention and the balance on probation with the conditions she pay court costs and probation fees.

• Latina Machey East, convicted in Howard Circuit Court of Class D felony theft and Class D felony possession of a syringe, was sentenced one each count to two years with nine months executed and the balance on probation with the conditions she pay restitution, court costs and probation fees. The sentences were ordered to run consecutively.

• Lisa Grammer, convicted in Howard Circuit Court of Class B misdemeanor criminal recklessness and mischief, was sentenced to six months with 148 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions she complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees. The sentences were ordered to run concurrently.

• Riley Craig, 24, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class A misdemeanor domestic violence battery, was sentenced to one year with 18 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for Men’s Non-violence education Group as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Jerrod C. Landis, 22, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana, was sentenced to one year suspended to be served on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Jacob Everhart, 37, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana, was sentenced to one year with six days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Daniel Blackburn, 51, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy, was sentenced to one year with 18 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for Men’s Non-violence Education Program as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Keith Fletcher, 55, convicted in Howard Superior Court 4 of Class D felony attempted theft, was sentenced to three years executed and pay court costs.

• Samantha Collins, 40, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement, was sentenced to one year with 60 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for Men’s Non-violence Education Group as well as pay court costs and probation. She also was convicted in Howard Superior Court 4 of petition to revoke and was sentenced to one year suspended sentence to be served consecutively with the Class A misdemeanor sentence.

• Jeremiah J. Day, 31, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class A misdemeanor conversion, was sentenced to 204 days executed and pay court costs.

• Buffy Jo Lewis, 37, convicted in Howard Superior Court 4 of Class D felony operating as a habitual traffic offender, was sentenced to three years with 18 months in-home detention and the balance on probation with the conditions she pay court costs and probation fees.

• Bradley D. Hamilton, 17, convicted (as an adult) in Howard Superior Court 4 of Class D felony residential entry, was sentenced to three years with two years executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he pay court costs and probation fees.
