Kokomo police are searching for a man who robbed Kokomo Heritage Credit Union Monday, the fourth bank robbery in the city this year.
At approximately 2:27 p.m., Kokomo police responded to the credit union at 901 S. Courtland Ave. on a report of an armed robbery, Maj. Brian Seldon reported.
Investigators were told a white male entered the credit union displaying a handgun and demanding cash.
The man was described as being in his late 20s to early 30s, approximately 6 feet tall, 150 to 160 pounds, wearing a green ball cap with white lettering spelling out the word “AERO”, jeans, a dark jacket and a black scarf around his face.
The man left running in a south and west direction from the credit union with an undetermined amount of cash.
No one was injured during the robbery.
