Feb. 3, 11:40 a.m., deputies arrested Ali Hussain Al Muhmal, 25, South Bend, on a failure to appear warrant.

Feb. 3, 4:10 p.m., police arrested Todd A. Hyde, 46, 300 block of Jefferson Avenue, Peru, on a warrant for violation of home detention.

Feb. 4, 11:55 p.m., deputies arrested Harold E. Schell, 48, 2100 block of South Flora Drive, Peru, on a charge of operating while intoxicated.

Feb. 5, 6:20 a.m., police arrested Michael B. Sturgeon, 27, 500 block of West 7th Street, on a charge of public intoxication.

Feb. 5, 10:40 a.m., deputies arrested Wallace M. Dewitt, 52, 100 block of East 3rd Street, Bunker Hill, on a charge of maintaining a common nuisance.

Feb. 5, 5:37 p.m., police arrested Christopher L. Helm, 34, 50 block of East Spring Street, Peru, on a charge of operating while intoxicated.

Feb. 6, 11:02 a.m., deputies arrested Ronald Deaton, 50, 1000 block of West Main Street, Peru, on a warrant for possession of precursors.

Feb. 6, 7:20 p.m., police arrested Andrea L. Huntsman, 24, 200 block of North Water Street, Peru, on a charge of driving while suspended with priors and a failure to appear warrant.

Feb. 6, 9:05 p.m., deputies arrested Nick G. Toepfer, 26, Peru, on a charge of possession of heroin and possession of paraphernalia.

Feb. 7, 10:45 a.m., state police arrested Christopher R. Warren, 44, 800 block of West Main Street, Peru, on a warrant for criminal mischief.
