Dec. 9, 1:45 p.m., state police arrested Vance S. Peavler, 18, 3000 block of March Street, Peru, on a charge of receiving stolen property.

Dec. 9, 10:24 p.m., state police arrested Michael S. Johnston, 20, 3800 block of West 1400 South, Kokomo, on warrants for possession of precursors by a methamphetamine offender and violation of probation.

Dec. 9, 11:25 p.m., state police arrested Charlie R. Ellis, 38, 1800 block of East 1275 South, Kokomo, on a charge of violation of home detention.

Dec. 10, 12:12 a.m., state police arrested Matthew T. Eichelberger, 22, 2900 block of South Hilltop Drive, Peru, on a warrant for maintaining a common nuisance and possession of paraphernalia.

Dec. 10, 12:40 a.m., deputies arrested Julia Eichelberger, 46, and Ronald L. Eichelberger, 60, both of the 2900 block of South Hilltop Drive, on a warrant for maintaining a common nuisance.

Dec. 10, 8:12 p.m., police arrested Adron L. Robinson, 31, 200 block of Blackhawk Court, Peru, on a parole violation warrant.

Dec. 11, 11:05 a.m., parole officers arrested Anthony M. Shanabarger, 21, Wabash, on a parole violation warrant.

Dec. 11, 12:25 p.m., police arrested Roslynn A. Stoppel, 50, 1600 block of South 300 East, Peru, on a violation of parole warrant.

Dec. 11, 3:45 p.m., police arrested Joseph L. Haskett, 34, 800 block of Orchard Place, Peru, on a warrant for possession of precursors by a meth offender.

Dec. 11, 6:15 p.m., DNR officers arrested Stephen D. Richey, 23, Merrillville, on a charge of driving while suspended with priors.

Dec. 11, 10:51 p.m., deputies arrested Bradley M. Randle, 21, 300 block of East Main Street, Peru, on a charge of possession of stolen property.

Dec. 12, 8:43 a.m., deputies arrested James A. Vann, 20, 1000 block of South Purdum Street, Kokomo, on a failure to appear warrant.

Dec. 12, 12:10 p.m., deputies arrested John A. McAnnich, 39, 200 block of South Burning Tree Lane, Kokomo, on three warrants for probation violation.

Dec. 12, 2:45 p.m., state police arrested John R. Koontz, 27, 30 block of Astrup Drive, Peru, on a warrant for possession of precursors and reagents.
