---- — A 31-year-old Peru man was found guilty last week of dealing methamphetamine.
Jeremiah Mosley was convicted after a three-day trail in Miami County Circuit Court on dealing meth, a class B felony, possession of chemical reagents or precursors with intent to manufacture a controlled substance, a class D felony, and possession of meth, a class D felony.
Mosley was arrested Sept. 27 after police say they found a one-pot meth lab inside his home in the 100 block of Monroe Street.
Police said they received an anonymous tip from a female who said she had just picked up her child from Mosley’s home, and he was manufacturing meth at the residence.
Mosley is scheduled for a sentencing hearing Jan. 9, 2014.
