Miami County arrests

Sept. 30, 2:45 p.m., deputies arrested Erskine Jones, 21, Elkhart, on a failure to appear warrant.

Sept. 30, 5:15 p.m., deputies arrested Joseph Olivarez III, 37, 4500 block of West 1300 South, Galveston, on a charge of theft.

Sept. 30, 6:20 p.m., deputies arrested Phillip Lopez, 36, 2800 block of West 1350 South, Kokomo, on a charge of burglary and theft.

Sept. 30, 6:50 p.m, deputies arrested Brooke N. Bollady, 22, 200 block of North Market Street, Kokomo, on a charge of burglary and theft.

Sept. 30, 6:32 p.m., state police arrested Jazmine A. Bryson, 19, Newburgh, on charges of possession of marijuana and driving while suspended with priors.

Oct. 1, 7:25 p.m., police arrested David A. Rutledge, 34, 300 block of Washington Avenue, Peru, on charges of operating while intoxicated refusal, habitual traffic violator for life and leaving the scene of an accident.

Oct. 2, 1:20 a.m., police arrested James E. Tyler, 48, 2900 block of South 300 West, Peru, on charges of possession of a schedule two controlled substance, possession of legend drugs and public intoxication.

Oct. 2, 5:55 a.m., deputies arrested Ranaldo M. Coates, 48, 2800 block of South 300 West, Peru, on a charge of domestic battery.

Oct. 2, 11:40 p.m., police arrested Robert A. Morecraft, 37, 200 block of East 2nd Street, Peru, on a charge of operating while intoxicated.

Oct. 3, 10:10 p.m., deputies arrested Chelsey Hewitt, 27, 600 block of Monroe Street, Peru, on a warrant for disorderly conduct.

Oct. 3, 11:25 p.m., police arrested Seth P. Bishop, 23, 200 block of Apache Drive, Peru, on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Oct. 4, 1:53 a.m., police arrested James T. Boone, 33, Indianapolis, for OWI refusal.

9:30 a.m., police arrested Blain O’Neil, 46, 300 block of West 3rd Street, Peru, on charges of criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon, disorderly conduct, possession of marijuana, maintaining a common nuisance, public intoxication and invasion of privacy.

Oct. 4, 10:30 a.m., parole officers arrested Ashley Adams, 31, Wabash, on a parole violation warrant.
