July 22, 11:30 p.m., deputies arrested Richard J. Ray, 20, 100 block of West Boulevard, Peru, on warrants for burglary, theft, receiving stolen property, violation of parole and minor in consumption of alcohol.

July 22, 11:55 p.m., police arrested William L. Davis, 18, 400 block of Blackhawk Court, Peru, on a charge of minor in consumption of alcohol.

July 23, 12:05 a.m., police arrested Rannin A. Shuler, 18, 400 block of West 5th Street, Peru, on a charge of minor in consumption of alcohol.

July 23, 11:45 a.m., deputies arrested Marvin D. Fennell, 26, Indianapolis, on a warrant for failure to appear.

July 23, 5:34 p.m., police arrested Valerie J. Bretzman, 34, 40 block of McKinstry Drive, Peru, on a charge of operating while intoxicated, refusal.

July 23, 6:45 p.m., deputies arrested David G. Lirot, 35, 200 block of East Canal Street, Peru, on a warrant for two counts of theft.

July 24, 10:20 a.m., deputies arrested Shelby S. Orpurt, 22, 2900 block of South Hilltop Drive, Peru, on a warrant for violation of parole.

July 24, 12:55 p.m., police arrested William T. Shaner, 40, 3100 block of East 850 South, Bunker Hill, on a charge of operating while intoxicated.
