Jan. 13, 2:50 p.m., deputies arrested Elizabeth K. Hidbrader, 24, Rockville, on a court order.

Jan. 13, 6:17 p.m., police arrested Carl R. Brown, 1000 block of East Ind. 124, Peru, on charges of driving while suspended with priors, possession of legend drugs, possession of paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Jan. 13, 7:28 p.m., police arrested Charles Birchfield, 25, 300 block of Jackson Avenue, Peru, on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of a syringe, possession of a firearm without a permit, visiting a common nuisance, possession of meth and maintaining a common nuisance.

Jan. 13, 7:30 p.m., deputies arrested Brandy Eubank, 38, Wabash, on a warrant for violation of community corrections.

Jan. 13, 8 p.m., police arrested Briann Lacosse, 21, and Kaleb A. Clemons, 29, both of Lafayette, on a charge of visiting a common nuisance.

Jan. 13, 8:46 p.m., police arrested James Rutledge, 43, 500 block of Van Buren Avenue, Peru, on charges of possession of meth, maintaining a common nuisance, visiting a common nuisance, possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of syringe and possession of a controlled substance.

Jan. 13, 9:04 p.m., state police arrested Timothy B. Liddell, no age, Rochester, on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Jan. 13, 9:26 p.m., police arrested Tyrece Boykin, 27, Lafayette, on charges of possession of paraphernalia, possession of a synthetic drug and maintaining a common nuisance.

Jan. 14, 6 p.m., police arrested Clarence Fischer, 49, 300 block of Monroe Avenue, Peru, on charges of public intoxication and resisting law enforcement.

Jan. 15, 1:12 a.m., deputies arrested Elyse M. Brousseau, 29, 2900 block of South 300 West, Peru, on charges of maintaining a common nuisance, neglect of a dependent, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.

Jan. 15, 7:17 p.m., deputies arrested Shadow R. Shepherd, 21, 1100 block of South Barksdale Avenue, Peru, on charges of driving while suspended, burglary and possession of paraphernalia.

Jan. 15, 7:40 p.m., deputies arrested Roy L. Shepherd, 43, 1100 block of South Barksdale Avenue, Peru, on charges of burglary and intimidation.
