Jan. 16, 11:55 a.m., police arrested Phillip M. Maxwell, 23, 3600 block of East 400 South, Peru, on a violation of parole warrant.

Jan. 16, 3:10 p.m., deputies arrested Dwayne K. Talbert, 25, 1000 block of West Jackson Street, Kokomo, on a violation of parole warrant.

Jan. 16, 3:10 p.m., deputies arrested Russell L. McCoy, 40, 200 block of South Purdum Street, Kokomo, on a failure to appear warrant.

Jan. 16, 11:07 p.m., deputies arrested Christopher P. Hosler, 27, 100 block of East 8th Street, Peru, on a violation of parole warrant.

Jan. 17, 1:12 a.m., state police arrested Jill D.M. Jerkins, 22, 2100 block of Cannon Circle, Peru, on a charge of operating while intoxicated.

Jan. 17, 2:25 a.m., state police arrested Danny D. Watts, 38, 600 block of West 11th Street, Peru, on a charge of operating while intoxicated refusal.

Jan. 17, 12:02 p.m., deputies arrested William R. Friend, 29, 80 block of East Warren Street, Peru, on a charge of domestic battery.

Jan. 17, 2:30 p.m., deputies arrested Christopher Shelton, 19, Hammond, on a violation of probation warrant.

Jan. 18, 9:55 p.m., police arrested Robert J. Cooper, 57, 100 block of East Spring Street, Peru, on charges of operating while intoxicated refusal and possession of marijuana.

Jan. 19, 10:55 a.m., police arrested Paul M. Cattern, 53, 100 East Canal Street, Peru, on a charge of public intoxication.
