On Sunday, Sept. 1, a group of Pulse Autocycles will be visiting the Grissom Air Museum. These rare vehicles are motorcycles that have the body of an aircraft.
The group is appearing at the Marion Air Show and Car Show on Saturday at the Marion Airport, and then heading over to Grissom on Sunday morning, where they'll be available for pictures at 1 p.m. in the Air Park.
The museum opens at noon on Sunday.
The Grissom Air Museum will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Labor Day. Guests have the opportunity to win during the Labor Day Prize Program. Guests may purchase lunch items between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Any guest who becomes a member of the museum for the first time will have his or her name put into the End of Summer Prize Drawing.
After Labor Day, the museum's operational schedule will change. The museum will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday through Monday. The museum will be closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays for the remainder of the season in September and October.
