Sept. 16, 1:25 p.m., officers arrested Jessica Scherer, 33, 500 block of W. 10th Street, on a warrant for dealing a controlled substance.

Sept. 16, 2:15 p.m., officers arrested Sarah McManus, 24, 2300 block of South Business 31, Peru, on warrants for dealing methamphetamine, visiting a common nuisances and possession of a chemical.

Sept. 16, 5:30 p.m., officers arrested Billy T. Maze, 23, 100 block of East Warrant Street, Peru, on warrants for failure to appear, resisting law enforcement and visiting a common nuisance.

Sept. 16, 6 p.m., officers arrested Ricky W. Hancock, 34, Third Street, Peru, on charges of maintaining a common nuisance and possession of paraphernalia.

Sept. 16, 6:30 p.m., officers arrested Steven Ostafin, 24, Third Street, Peru, on charges of maintaining a common nuisance and possession of paraphernalia.

Sept. 16, 8:29 p.m., officers arrested Rodney S. Hovey, 51, Lagro, on a Laporte County warrant.

Sept. 16, 10:23 p.m., officers arrested Jennifer R. Jones, 33, Roann, on charges of possession of marijuana less than 30 grams and possession of paraphernalia.

Sept. 16, 10:54 p.m., officers arrested Frank E. Stambaugh, no age given, 900 block of Cherry Lane, Peru, on a charge of possession of marijuana less than 30 grams and on several warrants.

Sept. 17, 8 a.m., deputies arrested Nicholas C. Gaddis, 28, 2800 block of Castle Street, Peru, on a warrant.

Sept. 17, 3:25 p.m., deputies arrested Michael L. Moon, 26, 2900 block of 300 West, Peru, on charges of domestic battery, criminal confinement and interfering with reporting of a crime.

Sept. 17, 7:10 p.m., officers arrested Keith W. Lewis, 54, 200 block of West Fifth Street, Peru, on charges of possession of cocaine, maintaining a common nuisance, operating while intoxicated refusal, possession of marijuana, public intoxication and possession of paraphernalia.

Thursday, 1:40 a.m., officers arrested Robert A. Latta, 21, 2900 block of Travis Street, Peru, on warrants for possession of a synthetic drug and possession of paraphernalia.

Thursday, 6:03 p.m., officers arrested Stephen L. Kreiger, 38, 300 block of West Seventh Street, Peru, on charges of operating while intoxicated and public intoxication.
