Thursday, 7:54 p.m., officers arrested Victoria L. Ritchie, 56, 2000 block of Sycamore Street, Peru, on charges of conspiracy of manufacture methamphetamine, theft, possession of a hypodermic needle, possession of precursors, visiting a common nuisance, possession of marijuana less than 30 grams and possession of paraphernalia.

Thursday, 8:41 p.m., officers arrested Karen Hall-Glenn, 48, North Street, Peru, on charges of conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine, aiding or inducing theft, possession Friday, 12:48 a.m., officers arrested Lacey R. Ribble, 23, 2000 block of North Paw Paw Pike, Peru, on a charge of operating while intoxicated.

Friday, 2:25 a.m., officers arrested Brian S. Wade, 33, Barkley Drive, Peru, on a warrant for a probation violation.

Friday, 10:40 a.m., deputies arrested Israel Foust, 39, 400 block of West 13th Street, Peru, on a warrant.

Friday, 12:45 p.m., deputies arrested Anteis Robinson, 20, Indianapolis, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Friday, 1 p.m., deputies arrested Jermaine Rogers, 30, Indianapolis, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Friday, 3:13 p.m., deputies arrested James Rutledge, 43, South Brownell Street, Peru, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Friday, 4:45 p.m., deputies arrested Katrina Young, 33, 100 block of East Third Street, Bunker Hill, on a warrant for a probation violation.

Friday, 8:05 p.m., officers arrested Wayne Wilson, 53, East Second Street, Peru, on a charge of battery.

Friday, 9:56 p.m., deputies arrested Justin R. Blankenship, 26, 100 block of East Canal Street, Peru, on a charge of possession of marijuana less than 30 grams.

Saturday, 12:36 a.m., officers arrested Calista J. Shott, 49, 2900 block of South Hilltop Drive, Peru, on a charge of trespass.

Saturday, 12:45 p.m., deputies arrested Adam M. Simcox, 35, 1500 block of West 300 South, Peru, on warrants for probation violation.

Saturday, 10:20 p.m., deputies arrested Charles D. Turpen, 53, 100 block of East Canal Street, Peru, on charges of possession of marijuana less than 30 grams and visiting a common nuisance.

Saturday, 10:20 p.m., deputies arrested Sierra S. Sturgill, 19, 600 block of Van Buren Avenue, Peru, on charges of possession of marijuana less than 30 grams, visiting a common nuisance and possession of paraphernalia.
