Mommy makeover: Rossiter and Rhees

Charity Rossiter

Best part of the last week:

“I told my husband the other night that I was doing a load of laundry and I just go this overwhelming feeling of ‘OK, I can do this.’ This is the way I felt before [when I got fit the first time], that I’m on a path to success, I know what I’m doing, and I’m going to achieve my goal, and it was an overwhelming feeling of accomplishment. So he looked at me and said ‘So you want to do some more laundry?’” she said, with a laugh.

Toughest part of the last week:

Charity says her own eating habits are the toughest part of all of this.

“I think that I can eat more because I’m working out, and honestly my body doesn’t need any more food that what I’m giving it,” she said.

What are you most looking forward to?

Getting back in her pre-pregnancy jeans.

“I have them sitting on the shelf in the closet, and I thought I’m going to weight in the morning, and I just may try them on. It’s been really good getting out there and enjoying the outside and enjoying the workouts and enjoying the gym.”

What are you least looking forward do:

“I love the time in the evening watching my son interact with his dad, and I already miss that on Wednesday nights from going to choir, and now I miss that on two more nights. I think that’s probably what I miss the most ... But you have to make sacrifices to do things for youself.”

Jennie Rhees

Best part of the last week:

“I’m a little bit on the sore side, but I told Rob that every time I come I just feel stronger and stronger,” she said.
