2009 Fun Fest Children's Carnival

Children's Carnival at the Kokomo Event Center.
Admission $1.00
Sponsored by the Kokomo Tribune and Pharos-Tribune partnered with Z92.5 Kokomo's Variety, St. Joseph Hospital and Peyton Manning Children's Hospital at St. Vincent.
