Donald E. Clark, 84, Indianapolis, died Monday, Dec. 23, 2013, at his residence after an extended illness. He was born May 24, 1929, in Middletown, to Herman and Letha (Hutchison) Clark.
He served in the U.S. Marine Corps. He was a mechanical engineer for Chrysler 30 years before retiring in 1988. He attended Lakeview Christian Church in Indianapolis. He loved model airplanes, golf and woodworking.
Survivors include his son, Jeffrey Clark; his daughter, Julia (Bruce) Edmonds; two sisters, Marguerite Jennings and Bernetha Chambless; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and three wives, Marian, Madeline and Betty.
Service will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Home, Anderson, with the Rev. Bill Mathys officiating. Visitation will be 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Entombment will be in Elm Ridge Cemetery in Muncie.
