Jo Ann (Turner) Watson passed away on Easter Sunday, March 31, 2013, in Tucson, Ariz. She had been in ill health for the last two years. She was born June 29, 1932, in Kokomo, the first of four children of Walter H. and Zelpha (Miller) Turner.
She graduated from Kokomo High School in 1950 and attended IUK for two years. She married Richard Greenlee in 1957, and they went to Germany for a number of years as he was a captain in the Air Force. They divorced in 1964, after which she moved to Tucson, Ariz., and there she stayed. She worked for Coors Brewery until she retired. She married Bob Watson, and they later divorced.
She is survived by her brother who looked after her and was always there for her, Robert “Bob” Turner and his wife Mary, Tucson, Ariz.; her sister, Beverly Kitts, Kokomo; her brother, David (Janet) Turner; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; grandparents; and one nephew, Thomas W. Kitts.
A memorial service will be at a later date.
