Terance D. Davis, 55, Kokomo, passed away at 12 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 26, 2013, at Community Howard Regional Health. Terance was born Dec. 21, 1957, in Logansport, to the late Clarance E. and June I. Davis. Terance retired as a Captain from the U.S. Army. He enjoyed many hobbies. He would take one hobby and master it, then move on to another one. He also enjoyed slot cars and stock cars, enjoying the races at Kokomo Speedway.
Survivors include two sons, Terance D. Davis II (Elizabeth), Christopher A. Davis; a daughter, Corinna N. Davis; and a step-daughter, Rachel A. Davis; one brother, Kenneth E. Davis along with five grandchildren, Terance D. Davis III, Fredrick P. Davis, Crystal S. Davis, Donna R. Davis and Sydnie R. Davis.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday at Ellers Mortuary Webster Street Chapel, 3400 South Webster St. Services will be at 1 p.m. also at the mortuary, with Pastor Blake Hall officiating. Burial will follow in Albright Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Terance’s memory may be made to the family.
