Jack A. Fowler passed away on Oct. 24, 2013, at Community Howard Regional Health. He was born Feb. 3, 1936, in Kokomo, to the late Samuel R. Fowler Sr. and Cleo A. (Tanner) Fowler. He attended Kokomo schools.
Jack was employed at Sites and Isis Theater and was a security guard at Civil Defense. He enjoyed watching wrestling and old Western shows. He was a deacon of the original Church of God.
He was preceded in death by his parents, three sisters and nine brothers.
He is survived by a host of nieces and nephews, as well as great-nieces and great-nephews and a sister-in-law, Kathern (Reed) Fowler.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Bluitt & Son Funeral Home, with visitation at 10 a.m. Eulogist and officiant is Pastor Jack Woodard. Burial will be in Crown Point Cemetery.
