Margaret E. McNutt, 79, Kokomo, passed away Friday, May 24, 2013, at home. She was born Aug. 31, 1933, in Lafayette, to Edward and Loretta (Doran) Schrader. On July 22, 1969, she married Frank B. McNutt, and he preceded her in death Jan. 14, 2000.
She retired from Delphi. She was an awesome cook and enjoyed walking, playing Boggle and giving to charities including the mission. She was a member of St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church.
She is survived by sons, Bruce Anderson, Gregg Anderson, Doug Anderson, Brian McNutt, Patrick McNutt and Brad McNutt; daughter, Ellen McNutt; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; brother, Robert “Bob” Schrader; sister, Loretta “Tudi” Gabriel; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; and sister, Dee Schultz.
The funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Sunset Memory Garden Funeral Home with Father Ted Dudzinski officiating. Entombment will follow in Sunset Memory Garden Cemetery. Visiting hours will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. The Chaplet of Devine Mercy will be recited at 12:45 p.m.
