---- — Evelyn Jeanette East King Householder, 76, Kokomo and formerly Tipton County, was called to be with her God and Savior with joy in her heart and loving words on her lips. She was surrounded by her family when she entered into her eternal rest. Jeanette was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, blessing every life she touched. She was born April 10, 1937, in Holston Valley, Kingsport, Tenn., to James C. and Myrtle (Blankenbecler) East. She first married William M. King and he preceded her in death January 1990. She then married David F. Householder on July 24, 2003, in Tipton, and he survives. Jeanette enjoyed flower arranging, cooking and entertaining her family and friends.

She is survived by her husband, David F. Householder, Kokomo; her children, Karen (the Rev. Kenneth) Ellis, Palm Bay, Fla.; and Robin (Donald) Davis, Sharpsville; and son, William (Penny) King, Frankfort; grandchildren, Sarah (the Rev. Thomas) Cochran, Grace (Noe) Borjas, Rebekah Ellis, Abigail Ellis, Emily (Aaron) Singleton, Season (Dan) Lewis, Zach Davis, Sam Davis and Jesse King; great-grandchildren, Miguel Borjas, Moises Borjas, Halle Borjas, Anna Singleton, Ellie Singleton and Zeke Cochran; stepchildren, Edwin William (Jane) Householder, Wabash, and Katherine Louise Householder, Marion; three stepgrandchildren.; siblings, Joy (Linwood) Hardee, Cocoa Beach, Fla.; Barbara (Roy) Hargrove, Kokomo; Gail East, Elizabethton, Tenn.; Darlene (Dean) Chambers, Elizabethton, Tenn.; and James (Butch ) East, Kokomo.

She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, William M. King; sisters, Frances (Chad) McConell, Theda Jo (Coy) Bishop, Jean (Rex) Redwine; and brother, Westley (Thelma) East.

Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Wednesday at Leatherman-Morris-Boyer Funeral Home, 314 N. Main St., in Tipton, with her son-in-law, the Rev. Kenneth Ellis officiating. Visitation will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. Wednesday prior the services at the funeral home. Burial will follow services in Sharpsville Cemetery.
