Thelma L. Ingold, 95, formerly of Miami, Indiana, passed away Friday, July 4, 2014, at Golden Living Sycamore Village in Kokomo. She was born April 19, 1919, in Peace Valley, Missouri, to Joel R. and Minnie B. (Gibbs) Paschall. She married Earl D. Ingold on July 3, 1946, in Salem, Arkansas, and he preceded her in death Aug. 2, 1962.
Thelma was a telemarketer for Sears and Roebuck for several years. She was also a member of the ABWA (American Business Women’s Association). She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
She is survived by her three sons, Jon E. (Sabrina) Ingold, Lincoln, Indiana; Earl R. Ingold, Maine; and Alan L. Ingold, West Lafayette; and three grandsons, three granddaughters, one stepgrandson, four stepgranddaughters and several great-grandchildren. One brother, James L. Paschall, Kokomo, also survives.
She was preceded in death by her husband, daughter (Margaret), two sisters, (Laura Bales and Mollie Wehring), and one brother (Don Paschall).
A celebration of Thelma’s life will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Murray Weaver Funeral Home in Galveston. Burial will follow at Albright Cemetery in Kokomo. Visitation will be from noon until the time of services at 2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
