Victor graduated from Sharpsville High School in 1950. He went into the U.S. Army in 1956, serving three years prior to his discharge in 1959. Victor was an avid photographer who also had interests in both Indiana University and Notre Dame athletics, NASCAR and researching Indiana history. He was described as a “lifelong learner” as well as the mayor of Slakem.

He is survived by his wife, Bonnie Fuller, Sharpsville; five children, Vic Fuller Jr. and wife Chris, Plainfield, Terri Lynn Hardy and husband Michael, South Bend, Michele Ann Baxter and husband Dirk, Sharpsville, Doug Fuller and wife Brenda, Elwood, and Kim Pearson, Sharpsville; 14 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Sandi Springfield and husband Dan, Arkansas, Bonnie Hamilton, Bloomington; and a brother, David Fuller, Kokomo.
